Looks like a scene out of Blade Runner …. “Blade Runner 2: Boy Am I tired” or “Blade Runner 2: Do Slot Machines Dream of Electric Strippers?”
This is possibly the most literary reference you’ve ever made. No, it’s definitely the most literary reference you’ve ever made. Who is this? What have you done with my brother!?
I pull these things out every once in a while. Plus I put “strippers” in it so that you knew it was me.
Wasn’t Blade Runner a move? I think that negates the “literary” part of his reference.
It is a movie but then he referenced the book the movie was based on which isn’t even close to the title of the movie so I’ll give him credit for it.
Ok, where are you? I can’t think of anything tall enough west of the strip for you to take a photo like this.
This is at the Palms Place tower. It’s confusing because though you can see Palms in the picture, we’re still technically at it.
But you look so far away
I drove by it today and it really does look a lot closer than this picture indicates… wild!
Parallax, Adam, parallax.
Foreshortening?
