Cadillac Ranch. Something new!

Cadillac Ranch opened up last week in Town Center to much hoopla. The line was around the building on opening night so we declined to visit it. It’s directly between Blue Martini and Yardhouse and manages to split both their audiences. The waitresses wear (and wear very well) the exact same lace corsets that the Blue Martini waitresses do but they’re in red, not blue (buy your own, just like they do, from Fredrick’s of Hollywood). The food is -very- similar to the Yardhouse and, unfortunately, is also in the same price range. They have a couple really stand out drinks but other than that it’s standard bar fare. They have two real benefits that make them stand out 1) They don’t have the dress code that Blue Martini does which should keep it a little more low key and b) they have a mechanical bull. I can watch drunken mechanical bull rides but I don’t have to go to a country bar to do it? Count me in. (sorry Stoneys)
They opened April 15th.

Thanks! I should get Justin to try it on, since he’ll be the one possibly wearing it all the time (future stay-at-home-dad!). It was really comfortable and easy to put on.
