New sushi
07.24.2008
Kabuki has just opened up down the street from my apartment and I’ve been told it’s a must visit. I guess it’s an LA import. I have to say it’s pretty good so far. The drinks are very colorful and tasty. The food (not pictured) is really good but kind of small. I’ll have to come back a couple more times for a final determination but at this point it is at least worth further research.

Is that a mint mojito? There is a place in redondo beach (can’t remember the name right now but it is near the harbor) that has good cucumber mojitos. THose drinks are all pretty and they nicely brighten the 606 page.
That photo is so bright in comparison to the previous few, it makes me wonder if it was taken by a guest photographer.
Why is it the iPhone’s camera sucks so bad? They spend so much time building the sexiest phone and then skimp on the camera, forget to put in the ability to copy/paste and don’t get me started on the lack of MMS messages…
[end early morning rant, thanks for listening]
Sometimes in my head I have fantasies of being like that guy in the McCarthy hearings except I’ll be yelling at Steve Jobs
“You have done enough. Have you no sense of decency sir, at long last? Have you left no sense of decency? It is time to stop playing with iPhone owners emotions and give them the features they want. You are not the only one who knows what’s right sir.”
Sometimes I have fantasies of hitting him about the head and shoulders with a brick as well.
How inappropriate Todd, the man is dying of ebola for chrissakes!
So angry!
As for Kabuki they have some good deals for half priced sushi if you go at the right time. Matt can chime in with which food items we like, I can’t remember. I know we like the seaweed salad.
Just because he’s dying doesn’t give him the right to be all machievelian on his adoring fans. He should be repentant.
Kabuki has deep fried cheese balls!! I think they are called tempura mozzarella or something.
What do ya think the chances are that I drag Matt to Kabuki tonight? 100 percent? 200 percent?
Sushi + Half Price = Adam
250%
You know, you could just get a different phone if this one makes you so angry.
There is a Kabuki by my house.
Remember in “The Happening”, when they were watching a video-message on an iPhone of the zoo trainer in the tiger cage, I was like, “iPhones can’t send video messages!! IPHONES CAN’T DO THAT!!!”
That’s what I call a “revealing mistake” (copyright IMDB).
