completely uninspired. Thankfuly people are helping me with that.

Welcome to Planet Hollywood
The roommate and I needed to get out of the house so we ventured forth to the entertainment wonderland that is Las Vegas. We decided to check out Planet Hollywood, otherwise known as ph. It’s the stupidest name ever but not a bad casino/shopping thing. They also have about a jillion restaurants in here for just about all your dining needs. We hit up the Oyster and Wine bar but I also want to check out Cheese Burger of Las Vegas and The Earl of Sandwich which proposes to be the best sandwich ever. I’ll be the judge of that.
Favorite new character on TV
Sock is totally awesome. “Reaper” is a lot of fun but I’m pretty sure
Sock is at least 50% why. We are crazy behind on TV so this weekend is
vegetate time.
A sedate after work beer
I like PTs but I really can do without the sports on all the TVs. This goes for all the other various bars we go to as well. Evidently this is just an impossibility. We’ve always joked that we’re going to set up the only non-sports bar in the city. Imagine going to a bar on a Sunday evening or, god forbid, Monday night during football season, and not having to listen to announcers or loud drunken sports fans. Can you imagine it? Is it as blissful in your head as it is in mine?
Twin Mac
Geeeek has joined the dark side as I have and purchased himself a Mac. Hey, 20% of all laptop owners can’t be wrong. They do make a nice laptop. He wanted to use it for more than just a laptop though so I’m helping him set up a web development environment on it like I have on mine. Of course I did it the hard way but have since learned my lesson so tonight we’re learning the easy way…I hope.
The prodigal son returns
Matt’s in town to help me buy some shoes so we stopped off at Steiners: A Nevada style pub for some dinner and a beer…or two. No I don’t actually need help buying shoes but if you want something done right you go to the expert, and for shoes, that’s my brother.
