The empty chair
I’m having dinner with Club S and there was definitly something missing. Couldn’t put my finger on it….
I just got out of Optical Gallery where I ordered my new eyeglasses. It was expensive. I got a cool pair of glasses though that I’m really looking forward to. I got a mai tai to dull the pain with dinner. It’s all good.
My turn
I get to be on again! With everyone else, ok maybe just Malex, on the site quite a bit recently, it’s my turn to be on 606. We’re meeting at the Roadrunner for dinner before Manduh heads out to the airport. I spent the last hour in Hancock Fabrics finding properly colored fabrics for bandanas. Tomorrow be “Talk Like a Pirate Day” and it helps to dress the parrrrt.
Another carcas bites the dust
I’m finally getting to the pile of computers and getting them out the door. Of course before I do that I have to yank every pcb out of the case first for the collection. That’s the hard part. I don’t know how many of you have actualy looked into a computer case but they are foul and dusty beyond belief. I got as far as one before I stopped.
I’m speechless
Dinner got kinda late last night so we moved the cake and icecream bit to today. As you can see, Matt was being frisky. I really am speechless, I mean c’mon. What can I possibly say about this?
Keeping us from our alotted destination
It’s my birthday! We’re on our way to The Melting Pot for the big dinner. I left my phone in the bar so we had to go back and now we’re being delayed by this accident. I’m driving so I let Manduh take the pic and if you look, you can see her. There must have been a memo at work because -everyone- was telling me happy birthday today. It’s nice especialy now that it isn’t a neurotic boundary birthday.
The last Moore
I’m a little sad because this is the last Christopher Moore I have in my possession. “Island of the Sequinned Love Nun” picked up more toward the end but is still not my fav. This book is starting out strong though and doing good. This picture is misleading though because I’m just getting to the end of the chapter and then I’m switching to watching TV because I got a bunch of stuff saved up.
Better late than never
I had a chiro appointment and got muscles pulled in all directions and followed up with a nice dinner with Matt and Club S at the inimitable Red Robin. Matt decided to molest Alex for the picture. I don’t like to bother Alex this way but it does make for good pictures.
