-sob- -sob- -sob- waaaaaahhhh!!!! It stopped working! Everyone pray for me. If I’m lucky…and keep in mind, lucky is a relative term in this case. If I’m lucky, the problem is fixed with a $400 bulb replacement. If I’m not lucky it’s a replacement projector. Those cost much more than $400. I’m pretty sure it’s not under warranty now that it’s at least a year and a half old.

Manduhs getting on a plane again so we are having family dinner before she leaves. Malex is being…Malex. Those two are so weird. We had wicked bad glare from the sun, that’s what Manduh is helping with by blocking it. I have nothing else to add.
Happy Fathers Day
In an extension to Dad’s birthday present and since it’s a nice family activity we are going through all the family pictures to pick a bunch to load onto his digital picture frame. We have a lot of pictures. There’s like a dozen albums and a couple other boxes of “reject” pics and dupes. I expect this nowadays in the era of more or less free digital pictures but not so much when every one of these pieces of paper stamped with Kodak on the back cost money to produce. It was a lot of fun and it will be nice to have the picture frame fully functional. Now if Dad can just find a desk to put it on.
Hard at work
Dad is hard at work looking for gainful employment. That’s golf in the TV and backgammon on the Palm in his hand by the way. In his defense it is the weekend and it’s not like he can do anything at the moment, but it’s a good picture nonetheless.
Wow, what a bad buffet
I got it in my head that I wanted to check out the South Coast. This isn’t that weird. Living in Vegas you get these urges to check out all the new casinos, it’s kinda like a hobby. The weird urge was that I wanted to try the buffet. I haven’t buffeted in a long time and it seemed like a good idea. I was wrong. It was bad. It wasn’t total mule puke but it wasn’t the experience I was hoping for. The most interesting food had to be the mashed stuffing. That’s not what it was called but that’s what it was, stuffing the consistency of mashed potatoes. So all in all, not a win. If you get a chance, pass it up and hit up the cafe.

Well, maybe blurry is a better description. I was just happy to get some action in a 606 photo. I don’t do that too often. After a week off due to a golf tournament, poker is back on at geeeek’s house. Of course with the gap, everyone’s going through withdrawls and there is going to be a milltion people playing tonight. It might get tight around the table.

Manduh again, this time with Bubbe. She’s killing time before she hits the airport and goes back to LA. We’re all meeting up for some dinner before she goes and the fabulous Red Robin restaurant. I just couldn’t live another day without the bleu cheese burger. Words are hard. I’m out.
